New Music: Lil B "I Got AIDS" [Audio]
Lil B has released a new track for HIV/AIDs awareness titled "I Got AIDS."
While the song is not necessarily about him, the rapper tells the story of a man who contracts the virus.
Included with the song is a special message from B that says,
