Vybz Kartel Escapes From Prison!
Dancehall Superstar Vybz Kartel, has escaped from the Horizon Adult Remand Centre early Wednesday morning. [More] Vybz was being held on several murder charges, along with possession of marijuana. One guard suffered a heart attack during the escape, and two others were shot. This escape is the biggest in Jamaica's history, which involved 7 prisoners in total. At the present moment, 6 of the prisoners including Kartel, are still at large.
Prior to Kartel's legal troubles, he had come under scrutiny for allegedly "bleaching his skin," which he denied. Once one of Dancehall's most talented deejay's, Vybz Kartel's life seems to be unraveling before us all. We'll have more as the story unfolds.
