Bobby Brown Asks Media To Give Bobbi Kristina Privacy After Loss Of Whitney Houston [Video]

Bobby Brown has taken a hiatus from the New Edition tour and has rushed to Los Angeles to be with his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, whose been going through it since she lost her mother Whitney Houston this weekend.

Bobby released a statement saying, “I am deeply saddened at the passing of my ex-wife, Whitney Houston.  At this time, we ask for privacy, especially for my daughter, Bobbi Kristina.  I appreciate all of the condolences that have been directed towards my family and I at this most difficult time.”

Bobby broke down during a concert performance on the night of her death as his N.E. brothers held him down.

New Edition also released a statement saying,  "We are absolutely shocked and saddened by the sudden and untimely death of our dear sister Whitney.   As a group, we are extremely close; when one of us hurts, we all hurt."
