An overzealous basketball fan found himself in jail after attempting to streak during the Miami Heat playoff game Tuesday (May 22) –and it’s all because of Rick Ross. 22-year-old Kyle Morrison was taken into custody the morning after the incident and is facing a laundry list of charges including disorderly conduct, trespassing, indecent exposure, and violence against an officer.

Morrison claims that his actions were motivated by Ross, who promised a large payout for a fan who streaked at the game. “When the Finals come, I got 10 grand for somebody to streak with just they MMG T-shirt on, screaming out, ‘Self Made’ on June 26th,” Ross said via a video released on the ‘Net. When Morrison followed through but didn’t receive his money, he told the judge that he deserved the payment. “I am actually entitled to 10 grand because of what I did,” he said.

Since Morrison never actually carried out the challenge (he pulled his pants down and tried to make his way to the court but was stopped by security) instead of getting $10,000, he’s being held at Miami-Dade County Jail on $6,500 bond.
