German born, northern Virginia raised rapper ANTHM has been building a nice rep off quality music and consistency, rather than co-signs (like his  Twitter handle, @NoCosign, reflects). We caught up with new jack lyricist and he told us a little about his origins and why he chose his rhyme nom de plume. 

“I felt like it was a reflection of my life,” ANTHM tells Hip-Hop Wired. “I feel like I’ve been through very diverse experiences in several walks of life. From even my experience at Duke to working on Wall Street…I started, not even like music, just as a person, I feel like the diversity of my experiences has put in me in a position to be able to relate to people easily. I just wanted to make music that people can vibe with and people can feel like that can connect to, but to a wide audience.”
