This past weekend, Busta Rhymes and Power 105.1 radio personality Charlamagne Tha God allegedly got into an altercation. The Breakfast Club member was shooting a new TV for FUSE out in LA and got into an argument with the Cash Money Records rapper at an SRC hosted party for Melanie Fiona at Nobu, with rumors saying that Busta put his hands on the radio host. This morning The Breakfast Club discussed the incident, with Charlamagne confirming that he did get into an argument with  Busta over what the “Rhymes Galore” rapper felt was disrespect during an interview Wendy Williams held with his baby mama back in 2004.

Charlamagne claimed no blows were exchanged, and as evidence played an interview held  during the BET Awards where Busta said that the two merely had a heated conversation. “We had a discussion,” Busta Rhymes told Power 105.1’s Malikha Malette, claiming he didn’t need the potential legal hassle. “I’m not putting my hand on nobody out here, because my kids need that bread. All the time. And I love my family, more than everything.”

Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg, no friend of the Breakfast Club (and vice versa), then took to the airwaves, insisting that Charlamagne was indeed mushed by Busta Rhymes and was spinning the news to make it seem like he wasn’t punked.

Listen to The Breakfast Club’s commentary below, and check out Rosenberg’s on the next page. Now, who do you believe?
