The death of Tameka Raymond’s son has done little to ease tensions between the mother of five, and her ex, Usher. Tameka buried her 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, last week and has lashed out at the R&B star for allegedly feigning sympathy over the loss of her child, reports TMZ.

Usher filed documents to delay the forthcoming court date, which he thought would cause “unnecessary stress and strain,” on Tameka given the situation. He reportedly believed that his ex-wife would have an advantage in the ongoing battle over their two children, because the court would side with her due to Glover’s death.

Now Tameka is slamming Usher, asserting that he only visited Glover in the hospital once, during the 15 days that he was on life support. In her own set of documents she called his attempt to bar her extra stress “bogus.” She also says that the 33-year-old refused to tweet a “Pray for Kile” message, and instead posted a photo of food days before the funeral—which he did not attend— under the caption “Breakfast of Champions.”

Tameka pegged Usher’s initial request a “transparent sham,” and asked that the judge not postpone the hearing, but make it mandatory for him to appear in court later this month.

Glover died from injuries he received after being hit by a watercraft during a family trip in early July. In honor of his memory, Tameka has started the Kile Glover Foundation, and is working to change water laws.

As for her situation with Usher, pending the approval of her request Tameka will face off with her former love on August 13.
