Dom Kennedy Decodes “My Type Of Party” [VIDEO]
Dom Kennedy’s latest project, The Yellow Album, has been getting burn from fans all summer. The warm project from the west coast flag bearer was featured on Hip-Hop Wired’s Wired 25 as one of the top mixtapes and albums of 2012, and it consisted of this cool-out track “My Type Of Party.”
Dom Kenendy sat down with Jay-Z’s digital home, Life + Times, for the latest edition of DECODED; where the rapper breaks down their lyrics to their fans. “When I was writing this song it was pretty much like a how-to guide on how to live like Dom Kennedy, a lot of people probably didn’t understand that,” said Dom. “My Type Of Party” was also named one of the best songs of 2012 so far by Hip-Hop Wired.
