Lil Wayne was one of the many A-list performers to take the stage in Las Vegas last night for the annual iHeartRadio music festival. The Young Money boss performed a slew of his radio smashes including “Lollipop,” “6 Foot, 7 foot,” “How To Love,” “She Will,”  and more.

Lil Wayne also brought out Keyshia Cole to perform her lead single, “Enough Of No Love.” After the concert, Wayne tweeted that the coolest moment of the night was when he met a young cancer patient who was a huge fan of Tunechi. The young cancer patient would go on to tell Wayne, “I ain’t got no worries.” Cool stuff. Hit the jump to check out Keyshia and D’wayne’s performance last night.
