Katt Williams is on a mission. What exactly that is, is anyone’s guess. Last week while performing in Seattle at the Paramount Theater, the comedian hit an audience member with the microphone he was holding, so of course he is now being sued.

TMZ reports that the victim, Carlos Casto-Lino has filed a $250,000 lawsuit against Williams and venue, alleging that he was blessed with a concussion and contusions on his head. In the video below, Williams is seen in the audience, striking Casto-Lino with the mic then walking back on the stage and going on a rant that offers some sort of explanation as to why he found it necessary to 2-piece the patron. It seems the Next Friday actor was peeved that he was being recorded.

“Don’t be nosy, don’t be nosy, it can happen to you,” says Williams. “Record me like I say yo, and see what happens to you. Let me see your light recording me, and see what happens. Don’t worry if you don’t like it i’ll be hear all night. Go home and get your raggedy pistol and bring it back. I already got mine.”

While the aforementioned incident occurred last week, this past Friday (December 7th), Williams was arrested in Yolo County on a warrant stemming from his infamous police chase on a 3-wheel motorcycle.

One thing we know for sure, Katt Williams’ lawyer is about to be very, very busy.
