Waka Flocka Flame was a guest on the latest episode of Nitecap with Peter Bailey. Bailey visited Waka in Florida and talked about how he balances music and his message.

“Everybody is doing the total opposite. Literally everybody. It leaves you feeling like a man in the dark without a flashlight. Without a map or directions, you’ve got to make your own way. ” Waka told Bailey in the sitdown. “It’s fun thought because you are the only man doing it.”

“See when I make to me I feel like it’s freedom of speech. I’m not promoting violence. It’s like a raging,” said Waka.  “It’s like verbal anger instead of physical anger, you know what I’m saying. So I feel like If I can verbally say it and not physically do it then i’m not committing a crime. You can’t blame me for what I grew up in, for what I thought was right. If you raise a kid to kill animals and hunt everyday; when’s he’s a man he’ll kill and hunt.”

Flocka also opened up to Bailey aboutbalancing working for children and violence in his music and more. Check out the full interview after the jump.
