In an issue that will feature LeBron James and Dr. Dre on the cover, ESPN The Magazine’s “The Music Issue” will celebrate the marriage between pro athletes and musicians.

In the most literal example of that partnership, athletes ranging from Olympic Gold Medalists to Super Bowl champions recreated classic album covers. Ryan Lochte stripped down to his trunks to recreate Nirvana’s Nevermind and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman put on his dancing shoes to channel his inner Michael Jackson.

The Cleveland Browns’ Trent Richardson, Pittsburgh Steelers’ Lamarr Woodley and the Seattle Seahawks’ Marshawn Lynch morph into Jam Master Jay, Run and DMC for the cover of Ultimate Run DMC and Motocross racer James Stewart got his superfreak on as he turned into Rick James.

The most spot-on recreation might have come from Alex Morgan of the United States national soccer team as she turned into Katy Perry and recreated the cover for One Of The Boys. A quick glance between the two and you can’t tell the difference between who is who.
