Talib Kweli crafted a jam fans could two step to with his Miguel-assisted single “Come Here,” which he performed live last evening on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Talented crooner Bilal stepped in for the Kaleidoscope Dream singer this time around, and provided his own rendition of track’s soulful chorus.

Backed by The Roots house band, we’d guess that a majority of the crowd had no clue that they were witnessing a miniature reunion of the legendary Soulquarian collective, which also included Erykah Badu, Common, Mos Def, and the late J. Dilla to name a few.

Nevertheless, Kweli, Bilal, and Questlove did “Come Here” its proper justice, wether you’re discussing the beautifully laid live instrumentation for the breezy beat, Bilal’s jazzy interpretation of the chorus, or the Brooklyn MC’s crisp rhymes about the woman he covets.

“Come Here” will appear on Kweli’s forthcoming album Prisoner of Conscious, which is available May 7. Fans can pre-order the project on iTunes here. Check out the footage from Fallon in the video below.
