Highly regarded and respected Christian Hip-Hop music artist Lecrae has announced that he is dropping a new mixtape, Church Clothes 2, in November. The sure to be highly anticipated projected will be hosted by DJ Don Cannon.

CC2 is the follow up to 2012’s critically acclaimed Church Clothes mixtape and will be released on November 7 via www.lecrae.com. The new project will be executive produced by Street Sympohony and will feature appearances from B.o.B., Paul Wall and others, as well as Lecrae’s fellow Reach Records artist Derek Minor. Production will be handled the likes of David Banner,  Boi-1da, and more. 

“I’m so excited to share Church Clothes 2 with the people as we have gotten more creative and the music is amazing,” said Lecrae via a press statement. “The mixtape has definitely gone to another level, I have grown as an artist with all my experiences and I wanted to share that with my fans.”

Back in May, the Grammy Award winning rapped dropped a “Round of Applause” remix, featuring B.o.B, which served as CC2‘s lead single while its single, “I’m Turnt,” can be copped off  iTunes right here.

“Lecrae continues to defy the box that people have placed him in and in turn is being embraced by his peers and the public,” said Don Cannon via a press statement. “His music shows how much of a diverse artist he is and that is what will possibly change today’s music culture…People need to pay attention.”
