If you watched the second episode of Love & Hip Hop New York, then you may have noticed that cast member Mendeecees Harris and his girl, Yandy Smith, were missing in action. Rumor has it that they’ve been axed from the show amid allegations that Harris s-xually assaulted a teen girl.

Two weeks in and Love And Hip Hop New York is overloaded with reality TV struggle. The  old cast members think they actually have a chance of being something other than “cast members,” and the new members are putting up a pretty strong fight for relevancy.

Love & Hip Hop New York star Mendeecees Harris found himself in the news after jury selection in a s-x assault case in New Jersey took place yesterday. Harris was accused of fondling and m0lesting a teenaged girl in his old home in the town of Lodi in 2011.
