Nelly To Headline Benefit Concert For Vatterott College Scholarships
Nelly is headlining a benefit concert August 20th at The Pageant to help raise money for the Vatterott College Scholarship Fund. R&B songstress, Monica will also be a part of the show.
The scholarship fund was created last year to support to high achieving students who otherwise might not be able to attend Vatterott. To qualify students must complete two terms of a Vatterott program, have financial needs, perfect attendance and high grades.
“I see myself in the students of Vatterott,” Nelly said in an email about the benefit. “Just as I reached my goals, I want to help them reach theirs. I am happy to help those who are trying to help themselves.”
