Designer Giuseppe Zanotti is obviously aware of Nicki Minaj’s love for his shoes, now that the designer’s debuted his ‘Nicki’ sneakers named after the Young Money veteran.
As previously reported, Nicki was featured in an issue of Glamour Magazine where spoke on her insecurities and love for Marilyn Monroe.
“I’ve always adored Marilyn Monroe mostly for her facial expressions in her pictures,” the Young Money Barbie said.
In an accompanying photoshoot Nicki was also spotted rocking a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers that were actually designed with her in mind.
According to MTV Style, the sneakers titled the “Nickis” are actually Giuseppe’s tribute to the rapper and are part of the designer’s Autumn/Winter collection.
The rapper previously shouted out the brand on “Monster” with Kanye West and Jay-Z saying, “Monster Giuseppe heel/That’s tha monsta shoe…”
