While Rick Ross the rapper continues to build his Maybach Music Group empire, convicted drug kingpin Freeway Ricky Ross is fighting to stay out of prison.

Ross maybe sent back to prison for violating his probation for coming in contact with convicted felonies.

Freeway Ricky Ross was released from prison in May 2009 after serving 20 years behind bars.
