Beyoncé & Jay-Z Spend $1.3 Million To Take Over Wing Of Hospital For Birth Of Blue Ivy [Video]
You knew it wouldn’t be long before someone made a spoof of the birth of Baby Jigga.
As previously reported, Beyonce and Jay-Z became the proud parents of a baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, on Saturday. The baby is rumored to named after Jay-Z’s Blueprint trilogy of albums, and Beyonce’s favorite number, four, which in Roman numerals is IV, hence “Ivy.”
Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly paid $1.3 million to take over an entire wing of St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and ensure their privacy, plus another $200,000 for extra security. At least one parent couldn’t get in to see his premature twins.
