Drumma Boy is used to making hits, and for his latest undertaking the producer is crafting beats for the highly anticipated releases of Andre 3000 and Iggy Azalea. The Tennessee native, whose resume includes working with Drake, Kanye West, Wale, and Young Jeezy, isn’t the least bit nervous about any preconceived pressure to deliver for his new clientele.

Fans have been waiting for Three Stacks to drop an album for years now, and after he crushed our dreams by putting the kibosh on a rumored Outkast reunion, for now, his new solo music will likely be epic. The Atlanta MC reached out to Drumma to help construct the sound of his long-awaited solo project, after being a fan of his work. “Dre and I had been going back and forth on iChat for a few weeks discussing our collaboration,” Drumma Boy told Hip-Hop Wired. “He had been following my work and said he was really feeling [my] beats. It was dope to have him come at me with that type of respect because he’s a legend, so I started sending him different tracks and he was excited about the music.

“I’ve given him a lot of variety, and just kind of letting him vibe off them and choose what will go best with the theme of his new album. We’re working diligently in the studio, and not only is he a musical genius, and has one of the illest rhyme flows, but he’s also a super down to earth, cool cat.”

As for Iggy, T.I. reached out to Drumma to put together some music for the Austrailan rapper’s forthcoming debut. All of Hip-Hop’s eyes have been on the platinum blonde rhymer lately. She clocked a controversial co-sign by way of XXL’s coveted Freshman 2012 cover, sidestepped beef with Azealia Banks, and apologized for calling herself a “runaway slave master,” but it’s Iggy’s lyrical abilities that caught Drumma’s attention. “It grabbed me because she’s just so gangsta with her rhymes. Coupled with that Australian accent, it produces a very unique sound. She has so much different energy and her flow is fluid. There are a bunch of new female rappers hitting the scene and coming out with new albums in 2012 from Azealia Banks to Kreayshawn, but Iggy definitely has potential to be huge because of her versatility. I’m giving her a sound that’s going to be some funk, hip-hop and party anthems that can rock arenas.”
