Every time Tim Westwood and Nicki Minaj sit down for an interview, you know something bizarre is about to happen. Like that whole nonsense with Nicki Minaj deleting her twitter because her Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded album was critically berated (which she contemplated retiring over). So it’s no surprise when the two reunited, something was going to be brought up that absolutely shouldn’t have.

Speaking of course of the incident that happened 3 weeks ago at Summer Jam when Peter Rosenberg, in poor taste and bad timing, decided to make a comment on Nicki Minaj’s single “Starships”, who by the way was the concert’s headliner.

Westwood throws Rosenberg under the bus a little bit by saying, “Sometimes these radio guys, think they can get away with murder,”  siding with the zany Minaj before heading off into other topics. The remark prompted an early morning response from the Hot 97 DJ, including a shot of his own.
