The Internets receive a blessing from below the Mason-Dixon with this new tape from Atlanta rapper Cap 1. The project, titled T.R.U. 2 It, is 17-tracks of pure, unadulterated trap music. Mr Thanksgiving, DJ Drama and DJ Esudd do what they do best, serving as host on the project.
Cap 1 gets support from fellow ATL figures 2 Chainz, Travis Porter, Young Jeezy, and Verse Simmonds. He also tapped Chicago’s pool of rising talent for the tape, receiving beats from Young Chop and verses from Reese and Lil Durk. Other notable features include French Montana and Nipsey Hussle.
