It seems like Karrueche Tran can only make headlines for negative press opposed to any power moves she has brewing.
The on-and-off lover of Chris Brown found herself the victim of harsh criticism on social media after she posted an Instagram picture of an Aaliyah coloring book as she boarded a plane.
While it was unclear what point she was trying to make, hundreds of Twitter users didn’t take kindly to any reference linking the late Aaliyah to planes.
For those of you too young to see the symbolism behind the posted photo, Aaliyah died in a plane crash on August 25, 2001.
With her mentions in shambles, Karrueche defended her actions on her Twitter account stating, “It. Was. A. Joke. Geeez,” incidentally incriminating herself to the implications she was accused of.
