Get Schooled‘s latest Celeb Principal celebration brought ScHoolboy Q to Baltimore. Maritime High School won Get Schooled’s National Attendance Challenge by raising its attendance by 10% and was rewarded with the TDE rapper coming through to kick it with the student body, and play some one on one basketball.
The day’s festivities were hosted by Porkchop from Q92 and featured a Q&A session with the “Man of the Year,” where he reportedly focused on principals like believing in yourself, stressing teamwork and, further channeling his old student-athlete days, pushing the importance of working hard to get better.
Get Schooled is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping student graduate from high school and go to college.
