A rowdy summertime activity at a Macon, Georgia Walmart has resulted in one teen being arrested with a perceived 49 still on the loose.

Reports 11Alive:

Authorities say 40 to 50 teens trashed a Macon Walmart early Sunday morning.

According to an incident report from the Bibb Sheriff’s Office, at 1:50 a.m., a large crowd of teens entered the Walmart on Zebulon Road, and ran down the main aisle, pulling merchandise off the shelves.

The report says the length of the store, from front to back, was lined with items “that had been shattered, destroyed, turned over and thrown about.”

A police officer who viewed store video also said it showed the crowd pulling a man from an electric wheelchair and throwing him to the ground.

The video showed 17-year-old Kharron Green entering the store first, showing gang signs and then showing the crowd following him, according to the report.

An employee told officers that Green told them that the group planned the event to see how much damage they could cause. He said the group came from a part on “the south side.”

A store manager estimated damage at $2,000.

An officer who arrived on the scene said he saw the large crowd scatter and leave in many different vehicles.

Like a dummy, Green returned to the store later to retrieve his cell phone he dropped and was arrested. He is now charged with inciting a riot and second degree criminal damage to property.

Do you think he’ll snitch?
