Lil Wayne‘s biggest fan is probably his first born. Reginae Carter threw a surprise birthday party for Weezy last night.
It went down in Miami, and she called it #TurnUpTune. The menu included Popeyes’s fried chicken and 7-11 Slurpees.
Win.
