Last week, 50 Cent dropped a trailer for the video for his latest single, “Major Distribution,” featuring Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy. No visual just yet, but we do get some behind the scenes pics of the video shoot.
The assembled trio of aforementioned MC’s are seen going about the usual business of performing for the camera in the Eif Rivera directed video. DPGC member Kurupt and Daz are also seen sporting rifles. While guns in the “What Up Gangsta” rapper’s videos have been a recurring theme throughout his career, the gold plated AK-47s seen in the photos here may be a little too soon in light of the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT. Pun was definitely not intended right there.
“Major Distribution” will appear on Ferrari’s forthcoming Street King Immortal album, now due in stores February 25th.
