No matter what, Meek Mill is going to ride for Rick Ross. After the brand dumped Rozay yesterday, the “Amen” rapper took to Twitter to proclaim Reeboks are corny. But let’s not forget, although he has a PUMA deal right now, Meek used to rock Reeboks heavy, too.
In fact, the brand helped Meek give back to his community. Back in December 2011, the Philadelphia rapper teamed with Reebok to donate basketball shoes and gear to a local high school adversely affected by budget cuts. Also, when Meek performed at a Kicks for Kids charity event in DC in February 2012, he was wearing Reebok Dibello Mid Studs.
Nevertheless, yesterday Meek tweeted, “Reeboks right next 2 FILA when it come 2 sneaks that sh-t corny… I was only was feeling swizz & tyga projects… #boom.”
Why the Fila slander, though? Well, we couldn’t find Meek in any Grant Hills, but certainly found plenty of him sporting the same Reeboks that are now corny. Check them out in the gallery.
