On paper, a Sean Price and Mac Miller collaboration is a brow raising disaster in the making. Accomplished producer Statik Selektah somehow proved those assumptions wrong when he released “21 & Over” a few weeks ago. Now that the track has gained some notoriety, the beatsmith returns today with a quick visual for the cut.
Statik keeps the video simple by using footage from a day he was with both MCs. The locale looks to be a festival of some sort, because a bevy of other rappers like Joey Bada$$, ScHoolboy Q, and more were also there to join the festivities.
“21 & Over” will appear on Statik’s new album Extended Play. The aforementioned song and others like “Birds Eye View” and “Game Break” infer that the project could be a heater. Fans will have to wait until June 18 to know for sure, though.
