Ever since his acquittal in the Trayvon Martin case, former volunteer night watchman George Zimmerman has been involved in a slew of run-ins with the law in Florida. His latest arrest Monday (Nov. 18) after scuffling with his girlfriend, and allegedly waving a firearm, also landed him an assault and battery charge.

Police Arrive At Zimmerman’s Home After Frantic 911 Call
A 911 call was placed by Scheibe yesterday where she alleged that Zimmerman pushed her out of their Apopka, Fla. in Seminole County. TMZ obtained audio of the call.
Zimmerman Placed His Own 911 Call With False Claim Of Girlfriend Being Pregnant
Zimmerman told police that his girlfriend was smashing things in their home and acting erratic. Cops on the scene say Scheibe was not pregnant. TMZ also got exclusive audio of this call as well. The AP provided the video report.
Zimmerman Arrested For Assault And Battery
Zimmerman was arrested and then booked at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford, Fl., a place he’s familiar ever since his legal ordeals began.
Zimmerman Officially Charged, Ordered To Stay Away From Girlfriend
Zimmerman faced a judge earlier Tuesday who officially charged the former night watchman with assault and battery. He was granted a $9,000 on several conditions. He cannot leave the state of Florida, he must stay 1,500 feet away from Scheibe, he has to turn in all his firearms, and he has to wear a monitoring device. Zimmerman’s attorney says he’s too poor to pay the bond, so it was waived.
Zimmerman Allegedly Got Into It With Girlfriend Last Week & Threatened Suicide
Zimmerman’s latest antics seem to have been bubbling up, according to the account of the prosecutor in his latest case. Allegedly, Zimmerman has another domestic violence dispute with Scheibe last week and threatened to kill himself.
Zimmerman Really Loves His Guns
Scheibe said to police that Zimmerman kept two handguns, an AR-15 assault rifle and a shotgun inside their home.
Zimmerman Threatened Wife Back In September
Shelly Zimmerman claimed her ex-husband threatened her with a gun in a domestic violence dispute at her parent’s home back in September. She even went on record and admitted in a Today interview she doubts her husband’s innocence in the Martin case.
Zimmerman Allegedly Bullied Ex-Wife With Gun Threats
Shelly Zimmerman said her ex-husband left a violent threat in the form of a bullet-riddled marksman target tacked to a wall in her parent’s home where he once lived.
Zimmerman Has Been Stopped Three Times Since Acquittal
Zimmerman has been stopped twice for speeding and once for having a covered licensee plate and tinted windows since July.
