If you haven’t heard, New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith has recently been caught in a sexting scandal. But this is not the first or last time a baller has been nabbed in an embarrassing situation involving raunchy messages and or photos.

NFL player Ray Edwards was exchanging photos with someone who he believed he could trust. That individual in question ended up sending those photos to gossip sites; nipple rings and all.

Grady Sizemore (MLB)

Baller Grady Sizemore’s email account was hacked. Some photos that he was sending his the girlfriend made it to the internets. In that batch was him holding a coffee mug and you get the point.

Lamar Odom (NBA)

In 2011 former wife Khloe Kardashian admitted that Lamar sent a nude photo to one of his teammates by mistake.

Brett Favre (NFL)

The former QB great got hemmed up in a sexting scandal with reporter Jenn Sterger.

Tiger Woods (PGA)

The three time NBA championship got caught allegedly sexting Brent Berry’s then wife Erin Barry.

The injury prone overall number one draft pick was caught with his pants down literally when nude photos of him hit the internet in 2011. 

Sean Salisbury (NFL)

After retiring from the NFL Salisbury found a home at ESPN as a commentator. In 2006 he admitted to sending cellphone pictures of his private areas in which he was suspended for one week by the sports network. His tenure ended in 2008 as ESPN did not renew his contract. He is a now a commentator for the women’s lingerie league so assume it all worked out for Sean.

Terrell Owens (NFL)

An unidentified woman went to the Philadelphia Daily News with nude photos of T.O. that allegedly came from the former wide receiver masturbating on Skype. See what we did there?

Johnny Patrick (NFL)

Back when he was playing for the New Orleans Saints Patrick was caught doing a double duty of sexting and tricking when he encountered a female on social media.

Robert Griffin III (NFL)

RG3 was allegedly caught sexting another woman on the week of his wedding. The other woman was a Hooters waitress that came forward with the information to the highest bidder.

Monta Ellis (NBA)

In 2011 Ellis was sued for sexual harassment by Erika Ross Smith for allegedly sending her unwanted nude photos.
