A man entered a guilty plea in court Tuesday after a female police officer reported that he tried to assault her by striking her on the head with his penis.
The incident happened in Lithuania after Marium Varinauskas’ girlfriend called 911 to report his drunken behavior.
When officers arrived on the scene Varinauskas was in his underwear and exposed himself to the officials.
When one of the female officers got too close he stood over her and attempted to hit her on the head with his penis.
According to the BBC Fiscal depute Elaine Lynch recalled the incident saying,
“The accused got to his feet and was standing over the police officer exposing his penis and thrusting it in her face, forcing her to take evasive action to avoid getting struck.”
His attorney John Hardie says that he’s “very embarrassed” by the incident and “apologizes profusely.”
He was fined for his actions.
