A little over an hour ago, the Carter family released a statement in regards to the now infamous footage of Solange attacking Jay Z in an elevator as an onlooking Beyoncé stood by. That was enough time for the public to formulate opinions on their word via the preferred social media vessel, Twitter.
Reactions ranged from applauds to discontent to comedic outburst, but what else do you expect? This is the Internets that we’re talking about. While the Carters were pretty straight forward in their wording, we assume that detractors are still seeking a scoop that they’ll never get.
