Wiz Khalifa was arrested for marijuana possession early this morning (May 25) while reportedly on the way to the Neon Desert Music Festival in El Paso, Texas.
The Taylor Gang honcho and rapper took the time to share a jail selfie on Twitter while explaining to fans the legal hiccup has delayed the release of his new mixtape, 28 Grams.
Wiz kicked off a #FreeTrapWiz trending topic about his plight, and hopes to drop the mixtape as soon he is released from the bing. He tweeted, “I wanna drop 28 Grams but they got me locced up. Soon as I get out, the tapes comin out. Fucc that.”
