About six months ago, Kanye West promised to practiced the art of public silence for a while. Thankfully, the self-imposed gag order has been lifted, and Ye is now free to once again lace us with more knowledge on culture, design, and Kim Kardashian (it’s entertaining).
Mr. West typically reserves his speeches on theories on social media, fashion, celebrity, or anything else he feels the need to discussing for intermissions at his shows, but not this week. On Monday ( June 16) Yeezy made his first post-nuptial surprise speaking gig at the Cannes Lions 2014 Creativity Festival.
More often than not, Yeesuz manages to work in some interesting points in woven in between the rants. As was the case as the Cannes panel. Ye basically charmed the entire audience with his takes on technology, Steve Jobs, and being No.1.
