Stars of all varieties walked the green carpet at the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Among them was Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta‘s Yung Joc, who we quickly asked to explain the definition of “THOTism.”

The Atlanta rapper infamously coined the term after he was sick and tired of co-star Karlie Redd’s slanderous tirade towards him. Hear his rationale for using the term above. Leave your thoughts on “THOTism” in the comments.
