We’re not going to mince any words here: Jill Scott is stacked. While we recognize that she’s one of the most talented vocalists of our times and by all accounts a genuine soul, we’re not going to pretend we don’t notice her other, ahem, formidable attributes.
Since Ms. Scott has exploded onto the scene, she’s never hidden the fact that she is a voluptuous woman. Even after motherhood, Jilly from Philly has continually turned heads with her traffic-stopping bosom, shapely legs and stunning outfits. After the infamous and shameful hack of her private iCloud account that gave the Internets one hell of a gift last year, Scott has not minimized the va-va-voom effect one bit. For that, we are eternally grateful.
What put her back on our radar, although she’s never left it, was ESSENCE magazine’s 6th annual Black Women in Music event where Scott was the top honoree. Other Black women of music present at the event last Thursday at Avalon Hollywood were MC Lyte, the legendary Chaka Khan, and Brandy who all performed. Killing it in a stunning blue dress, Scott let the whole world know what time it really was.
