Former Lakers player and current Knicks coach Derek Fisher has been added to the list of these 12 people who learned Matt Barnes keeps it 1,000 after allegedly landing on the wrong end of a Barnes fade.

Just because a man is a devoted father and self-made NBA veteran doesn’t mean he can’t knuckle you down during training camp, allegedly.

Rihanna

When the Internet conjured up rumors of Barnes smashing Rihanna’s beautiful Bajan cakes, he didn’t really deny it. Rihanna went on the offensive, and Barnes calmly told the world, “I’m too grown to lie.”

Kobe Bryant

Testing Kobe Bryant multiple times probably earned Barnes a spot with the Lakers from 2010 through 2012. The pair has infamously sparred on the court with Barnes winning and losing his share of the battles. Respect.

James Harden’s Mother

We all know NBA playoff games can get heated, but telling a man’s mom to get the duck sick is a pretty low blow…pun intended.

Gloria and Laura Govan

In January, Barnes essentially called his ex-wife and sister and law deadbeat moms via Twitter for hitting too many red carpet premieres. When the sisters posed topless on Instagram, he doubled down by calling them “irresponsible” and “dumb” for posting pictures their kids could see.

Serge Ibaka

The NBA is full of tough talk, but it felt real personal when Barnes shoved Ibaka then subsequently called him a “fake tough guy” and offered to give him the fade on ESPN.

Mo Cheeks

Maurice Cheeks is a legendary NBA baller and de facto point god as far as Philadelphia is concerned. But Barnes told Sports Illustrated both Allen Iverson and Chris Webber had to restrain him from beating the brakes off of Cheeks for berating him during their collective tenure with the Sixers.

Derek Fisher

If the rumors are true, Barnes still cares enough about Gloria Govan to drive 95 miles and issue the fade to his former Laker teammate for allegedly trying to get with his ex-wife.

His Clippers Teammates

Even fellow Clippers weren’t safe from the wrath when Barnes got fed up with them and tweeted, “I love my teammates like family, but I’m DONE standing up for these [n—-s]! All this [expletive] does is cost me money..”

Allen Iverson

Back when A.I. was in full “The Answer” mode and dropping $40,000 at strip clubs, Barnes might have slipped a few bills that missed the strippers into his pockets. At least that’s what Barnes told Chris Ballard of Sports Illustrated in a recent profile.

Robert Sarver

For those who don’t know, Sarver is the owner of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns. He’s just one of many people to get cussed out by Matt Barnes during a game. Billionaires can get barked on too.

Colin Kaepernick

Colin Kaepernick

Nothing says beef like Matt Barnes calling the 49ers QB a hoe on Instagram because of an age old grudge about Barnes feeling disrespected.

Michael Williams

Barnes proved he could use his social media powers for good when he pleaded with users to keep an eye out for the prime suspect in his aunt’s murder. Thanks to an anonymous tip, Williams was arrested soon after the tweets were sent.
