YG ensured that he will always have salvation on his mind–after he let a tattoo artist paint a giant mural of the Virgin Mary all across his dome.
TMZ reports that the work of art was done in an entire five-hour sitting (and most likely accompanied with a bottle of something 80 proof).
YG was recently coming out of Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills when he was swarmed by photographers vying to get a shot of his head ink. The Bompton rapper obliged and now he’s getting raised eyebrows and praise for touching possibly the one area of his body that wasn’t cover in tats.
It has been a rebuilding year for the 25-year-old rapper born Keenon Daequan Ray Jackson, who was shot in a not-so-random occurrence back in June of this year. He has since bounced by back by signing R&B singer Tanea to his 4HUNNID musical imprint.
The Virgin Mary piece is also accompanied by the everlasting Isaiah 54:17 quote: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.”
