Ever since breaking up last month, Waka Flocka and Tammy Rivera have been the topic of discussion more than at anytime when they were together.
After Waka Flocka’s admission of his cheating ways casted him as the a**hole of the relationship, Tammy Rivera – predictably – became the target of many a scheming men whom looked to pounce on the heartbroken beauty at a vulnerable time in her life.
Then when the two announced they had reconciled a few days ago the Twitter-verse went crazy with both support and scrutiny… but mostly scrutiny.
Today (July 22) the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta couple sat down with The Breakfast Club and explained to DJ Envy Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee just how crazy their relationship is, fake friends trying to slide in their DM’s during their breakup, and how social media helps Tammy keep tabs on her man.
Here are the 12 things we learned from Waka Flocka and Tammy Rivera on The Breakfast Club.
1. The Realest
Once Tammy left him, Flocka started realizing she was the realest person in his corner. Don’t know what you have til you lose it, right?
2. Won’t Take No For An Answer
While they were broken up Tammy wasn’t answering his phone calls until he threatened to jump over her fence to see her. Not to mention he didn’t think they were broken up.
3. Waka’s Angel
Tammy tried to explain to her daughter why Waka had to leave only for her daughter to tell her “you always forgive him, just forgive him.”
4. Where Ya Girl At?
Waka was getting hundreds of messages telling him to get Tammy back. Smart move cause dudes was lining up to sweep her off her feet. That said…
5. The Thirst Was Real
According to Waka, rappers from the 90’s and athletes of 2016 have tried to slip into Tammy’s DM’s after she broke up with him. On the flipside, fellow female cast members from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta tried to slip into Waka’s DM’s as well. Our money’s on Karlie Redd (we kid we kid).
6. Gucci Mane
He hasn’t spoken to Gucci yet and doesn’t plan on reaching out saying “if it happen it happen,” adding that for him to mess to Gucci he “got to show me change” because he doesn’t want to revert to his old ways.
7. Grown Up
Knowing he’s grown into a better man this is going to be his last songs acting wild and talking wreckless.
8. Game
His original snapchat post which rubbed Game the wrong way was him responding to fans questions about Black Lives Matter.
9. Black Lives Matter
He’d feel hypocritical trying to save lives in other cities while people in his own are dying. He also feels gang members who say Black Lives Matter are being hypocrites as well since they bang on each other.
10. All Eyez On Waka
Tammy knows all of Waka’s codes and her friends and fans monitor his every move. Privacy is non-existent in certain relationships.
11. Sour Lemonade
Beyoncé’s Lemonade album might’ve pushed Tammy to break-up with Flocka due to it’s timely release.
12. No Buns In The Oven
Tammy is not pregnant. It was a misunderstanding that DJ Whoo Kid ran with on Twitter and got out of control.
