Early this morning (Sept. 21), Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo died in a fiery car crash. Hip-Hop fans and fellow artists immediately took to Twitter to express their shock, give condolences and reminisce about the “Dey Know” rapper.
Any untimely death in the Hip-Hop world strikes home. But added to the hurt is that Shawty Lo and D4L’s music at one point was the soundtrack to a lot of people’s lives.
