Shawty Lo died from injuries he sustained in a car accident, but the details surrounding his death are getting sketchy. Besides having drugs on him at the time of the accident, the two women who were passengers in the vehicle allegedly took money out of the dead rapper’s pockets.


Shawty Lo‘s homegoing service was very lit. On Friday (Sept. 30), the “Dey Know” rapper’s funeral service included a pit stop at his favorite strip club.

Early this morning (Sept. 21), Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo died in a fiery car crash. Hip-Hop fans and fellow artists immediately took to Twitter to express their shock, give condolences and reminisce about the “Dey Know” rapper. 

Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo has died from injuries suffered in a car accident early this morning (Sept. 21). He was 40-years-old.
