Back in March, Nike announced the Hyperadapt 1.t, a real life self-lacing sneaker inspired by the kicks worn by Marty McFly in Back To The Future 2. Today, the price of a pair of the kicks has been revealed, and it’s not exactly cheap.
According to the homie Jacques Slade (trust, he’s a dependable source), the advance kicks will cost a cool $720 and be available starting Dec. 1.
Hey, that’s cheaper than those Nike Mags, that go for insane prices IF you get picked via auction, and utilize the same tech.
“When you step in, your heel will hit a sensor and the system will automatically tighten,”said Tiffany Beers, Senior Innovator, NIKE, Inc., via a press release back in March. “Then there are two buttons on the side to tighten and loosen. You can adjust it until it’s perfect.”
Don’t expect these to be all of over the hood like Nike Kyrie’s considering that price point.
