Seems like the apple really doesn’t fall far from the troll tree. With a single tweet, Lonzo Ball has garnered the ire of the Hip-Hop culture.
After a rough outing in the NBA summer league this past weekend, the usually quiet as kept Lonzo Ball set social media ablaze when he suggested that 21 Savage’s latest album Issa was superior to Jay-Z’s already platinum album 4:44.
Naturally, Twitter went HAM on the oldest of the Ball brothers and baked him with all kinds of GIF’s, comments, and memes.
And while the end result was as comedic as they come it’s just further proof that this new generation of Hip-Hoppers are completely disconnected from what the OG heads appreciate in their artists.
Check out the hilarious reactions after the jump and let us know if Lonzo’s statement holds any water… it doesn’t.
