Usher is the center of an explosive scandal after he reportedly paid a woman $1.1. million out of court to settle a case after he allegedly infected a woman with herpes. The R&B crooner was accused by the unnamed woman for knowingly being infected with the incurable disease.
Radar Online exclusively nabbed court documents that pointed to the settlement between a celebrity stylist who engaged in unprotected sex with the singer. The website published the documents in full with names edited to protect the identity of the claimant.

Legal documents detailed how the eight-time Grammy winner — whose real name is Usher Raymond IV — had rigorous unprotected sex without disclosing he was stricken with the rabid virus.
Court papers also showed the former coach on NBC’s hit The Voice — whose divorce from first wife Tameka Foster was finalized in 2009 — was “exposed to herpes” in 2009 or 2010.
In a disgusting revelation, a “greenish discharge” once oozed from the performer’s penis, but otherwise he had no signs of the infection and was labeled an “asymptomatic carrier” by doctors.
After initially admitting concern to his partner, Usher — who’s worth a cool $180 million — later convinced her that an STD examination result was negative, and they continued to engage in unprotected sex.
The woman said three weeks after the couple’s last encounter, she began feeling sick and developing an array of symptoms and an emergency room diagnosis of the herpes virus after blisters appeared in her genital region.
The case was settled in 2012 and according to the website, Usher pledged to handle any medical expenses as a result of the infection.
