Since getting out of prison in 2014 Remy Ma’s been on her grizzly like a madwoman. From Love & Hip Hop: New York to Grammy-nominated singles, the Bronx rapper picked up right where she left off when she started her bid in 2008.
Today Remy stopped by The Breakfast Club to not only berate DJ Envy for playing a record without her consent, but to also open up about where she stands in her beef with Nicki Minaj, M.O.P removing a Prodigy verse from their “Ante Up” remix, and her relationship with Lil Kim.

1. Wake Me Up
Remy insists that her “Wake Me Up” record with Lil Kim is not about Nicki Minaj. She says she’s “so over that. I’m in a good place.” If it was about Nicki she says she wouldn’t have a problem saying her name.

2. Lil Kimadonna?
She calls Lil Kim “the Madonna of female rap.” She says they had “so much fun” when they were cutting their record. Great to see they squashed their old beef.

3. Papoose
Remy refutes rumors that Pap writes her song saying he writes really good but “I make great songs and I’m actually kind of nice on my own.” She does admit that he tries to influence some bars as does Fat Joe.
5. Curfew
Remy says she still has a curfew of midnight till 2019. If she has any kind of run-in with the law it’s right back to the bing. She even avoids people smoking the sticky-icky so it doesn’t get in her system.
6. 2 Chainz
Remy says 2 Chainz was lying when he said he and Remy had some static over the record he did with Nicki. She does say he had some explaining to do for letting Nicki take shots at her. She also dismissed Khia’s shots at her as a symptom of possible “jealousy.”
7. Lost Prodigy Verse
Taking it back to the 90’s Remy remembers that Prodigy was going to be on M.O.P.’s “Ante Up” remix but his verse was dissing Jay-Z and M.O.P deaded him because they were cool with Jay. They need to drop that verse ASAP because that was peak Prodigy.
8. Love & Hip Hop
Mona Scott Love reached out to Remy while she was locked up to do Love & Hip Hop but Remy turned her down. She changed her mind when she got out and wanted people to see a different side of her.
9. Papoose’s Accuser
When that woman came out of left field claiming that Papoose fathered her child, Pap started digging around and they found out from people in her neighborhood that she’s pinned babies to other men before.
10. Drug Rap
Remy says she won’t rap about poppin’ pills because of how many people are ODing off of drugs out there. She doesn’t think it’s cool but won’t knock other rappers who rap about drug use.
