Producer Drumma Boy has teamed up with New School Rules, one of the largest Hip-Hop and R&B conferences in the world, to conduct a talent search and tour of Europe in order to mine for global talent.

The platinum producer who has concocted tracks for Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, T.I. and Usher, is initiating a star search – No Ed McMahon – in affiliation with NSR’s annual international conference that will take place in spring of next year.

After the three day competition, finalists will be flown out to Atlanta for six days to spend three days in the studio with Mr. “Yeah Boy” himself to record a demo.

Another three days will be spent shopping the finished product to executives with New Skool Rules.

The conference takes place from April 1 – April 3, 2011 with singers, rappers and songwriters from over 20 countries expected to be in attendance.

The event will be highlighted by over 30 showcases, 12 master classes & workshops, 12 panels, three after parties, and even a speed date session.
