School board shooting video

A Florida man is dead this morning after holding members of a local school board hostage and opening fire.

56-year-old Clay Duke was caught on tape at a Panama City school board meeting Tuesday, where he approached the podium where officials were sitting and drew a red “V” on the wall.

Witnesses say Duke then pulled out a gun and instructed everyone to “get out the room” besides these clowns behind the counter here”, referring to the school board members.

The gunman did let one of the school board members leave however, the lone female; Ginger Littleton.

In a heroic move, Littleton was seen on camera leaving the room before creeping back in and smacking the gunman in the arm with her purse.

She tells the Associated Press,

“In my mind, that was the last attempt or opportunity to divert him.”

The gunman got angry, turned around, and she fell to the floor. The man pointed the gun at her head and said, “You stupid Beyotch” but he didn’t shoot her.

Littleton says she’s not sure why.

“He had every opportunity take me out.”

Police first thought a security guard who exchanged gun fire with Duke fatally shot him but later determined that he killed himself.

They believe Duke was angry about his wife losing a job.
