Anticipation for Big K.R.I.T.’s long-awaited Cadillactica album is at peak levels. With its November 11 release date quickly approaching, the Mississippi lyricist delivers the title track

A little over a month from now, Hip-Hop fans will have a batch of new audible treats from Big K.R.I.T., who’s currently rolling out his Cadillactica LP. To whet appetites, he’s unveiled the official artwork and tracklisting.

Whether they admit it or not, rappers have a responsibility to bring social awareness to vital issues that make national news. Although there have been several Hip-Hop personalities who have tweeted about the Mike Brown shooting, there hasn’t been much on the musical front.

Cadillactica season, is that you? That appears to be the case, as Big K.R.I.T returns with “Pay Attention,” the leading single from his sophomore LP featuring Rico Love.

Big K.R.I.T. isn’t playing with these rappers. Last week, the XXL Freshman alum issued a call to arms with the rousing “Mt. Olympus” and he returns today with an accompanying video.

People need to hear this. Passionate Def Jam lyricist Big K.R.I.T. set Hip-Hop a blaze with a track that’s the polar opposite of dandelion soft, titled “Mt. Olympus.”

Big K.R.I.T. delivered a quality project with the King Remembered In Time mixtape earlier this year, but that isn’t the only body of work fans can expect in the foreseeable future. We caught up with the Def Jam MC at this year’s BET Hip-Hop Awards, where he revealed that he’s creating a new album titled Cadillactica.
