Lamar Davenport, the 30-year-old man accused of gruesomely stabbing Morgan Freeman’s step-granddaughter E’Dena Hines to death, has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. Davenport, who was the victim’s boyfriend, is set to undergo psychiatric evaluation, his lawyer said Tuesday (Sept. 22).
